• Begin drafting your agenda. (Section 3.1 and Section 3.2)
• Don't forget to continue publicizing your team application!

4 Months Before

• Prepare material and supply lists. (Section 3.4)
• Draft your agenda. (Section 3.1 & Section 3.2)
• Identify trainers. (Section 2.3)
• Secure other outside individuals.

3 Months Before

• Begin ordering supplies. (Section 3.4)
• Prepare welcome packets. (Section 4.2)
• Close applications. (Section 4.2)
• Begin finalizing details.

2 Months Before

• Notify participants if they have been Accepted or Declined. (Section 4.2)
• Finalize registration.
• Make final orders.

1 Month Before

Finalize last minute details.

  • - Are all of your required lists turned in?
  • - Are meals taken care of?
  • - What provisions need to be made for parking?
  • - Are there any special tasks that need to be assigned for location staff instead of your team members?
• Supplies and Materials:
  • - Is everything ordered?
  • - When will items be delivered?
  • - What sorting or packing needs to be done once it arrives?
• Agenda: Are there any last minute sessions or training needs that need to be addressed?
