Welcome to the Texas School Safety Center's Active Threat for Schools Toolkit. This toolkit includes resources from multiple organizations and agencies to assist you with accomplishing multi-hazard emergency operations planning for your school district, open-enrollment charter school, or junior college. Below, you will find a link to the Active Threat for Schools Annex course, a list of annex and appendix documents, trainings, additional resources, and tabletop exercises. As future research is conducted, resources in this toolkit will be updated.
