Registration

Please visit the conference website at txssc.txstate.edu/events/tss-conf. Each participant must register individually and include their contact information to ensure all conference communication is received. Group Registration is not available.

Not Receiving Email Communication

All conference related communication was sent to the email address provided on the registration form submitted.

Invoice

Once registration information has been processed, invoices are sent to the email address provided on the registration form for each participant. If you have not received an invoice, please email your request to TxSSC_Conference@txstate.edu.

Payment Options

Registration may be paid by credit card or check. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. Purchase orders will not be accepted.

Please include the full name and invoice number of each participant with the check. Send invoice(s) with payment.

Registration Cut-Off

June 14, 2024 at 5:00 PM CST - Registration may be closed earlier, should we reach full capacity prior to June 14, 2024.

Changing or Substituting a Registration

Yes. All substitute requests must be emailed to TxSSC_Conference@txstate.edu. Include participant's full name and invoice number with each requested change. The last day to make changes/substitutions is June 14, 2024.

Cancellation and Refunds

Please email cancellation requests to TxSSC_Conference@txstate.edu. Request for refunds received after June 21, 2024, will not be considered. No shows will not be eligible for a refund. Your registration is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Special Accommodations

If you require accommodations, please email your accommodation request to Susana Thomas at TxSSC_Conference@txstate.edu by May 20, 2024.

Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE).

Yes. The Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) credit will be offered. A total of up to 19 TCOLE hours will be offered.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE)

Yes. The Texas School Safety Center (TEA Provider #501312) is pleased to offer CPE credit hours.

Conference Certificate of Attendance

All participants who registered and attended the conference will receive a digital certificate within two weeks after the completion of the conference. It will be sent to the email address provided on the registration form. The certificate will not include the total number of hours earned.
