    The Severe Weather Annex Completion Guide is designed by the Texas School Safety Center to assist users with completing their Severe Weather Annex. The Completion Guide walks the user through each Section of the Annex using questions to help the district identify the necessary actions that need to be completed during each phase of emergency management.
