This section specifies legal responsibility in event of damage or loss.
During the term of this MOU, both parties shall provide to the other the current certificate of policy evidencing its comprehensive and general liability insurance coverage. Insofar as permitted by law, the district shall assume the defense and hold harmless all parties and/or any of its officers, agents or employees from any liability, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind whatsoever.
