Expands who may be trained in Mental Health First Aid beyond school district employees and school resource officers to include:

• employees of an institution of higher education, and open-enrollment charter school, or a private school;
• youth; and
• contractors of an institution of higher education, an open-enrollment charter school, a private school, or a school district.
