This interactive guide was developed in collaboration between the Texas School Safety Center and the International Center for Digital Threat Assessment, powered by Safer Schools Together, to assist school personnel investigating reports of concerning online behaviors. The guide includes overviews of popular social media platforms and video games, summaries of relevant Texas and federal laws, as well as additional information on sexting vs. sextortion and common online terminology and slang. Educator and administrator resources are also provided in the final section, and all content can be easily navigated by clicking on hyperlinked content in the table of contents and pages throughout the guide.
