Regional SBLE Summits - Course

This course is now open to any SRO/SBLE officer working in a school

HB 2684, effective June 20, 2015, requires school districts with an enrollment of 30,000 or more students to adopt a youth focused education and training program for school resource officers and school district police officers. Law enforcement officers serving in school districts that meet this enrollment criterion must complete at least 20 hours of youth-focused training that covers the five topic areas listed below. Officers who have completed this course will be eligible to receive the certification mandated by HB 2684.
